Y si puede ser de cercan\u00eda, es decir de la tierra, adem\u00e1s ahorraremos en nuestra cesta de la compra. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Menuda variedad! Seguir una dieta mediterr\u00e1nea en verano es altamente recomendable. <strong>Y es que basarnos en los alimentos m\u00e1s veraniegos para elaborar nuestros platos nos ayudar\u00e1 a mantenernos sanos y equilibrar calor\u00edas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los nuevos estilos de vida basados en alimentaci\u00f3n <em>real fooding<\/em> est\u00e1n muy relacionados con nuestra tradicional dieta mediterr\u00e1nea.
